"All about Harriet and Sand Box Quilting"

I have had a needle in my hand since I was 8 years old. I have enjoyed sewing, hardanger, counted cross stitch, embroidery, needlepoint, rug hooking, knitting and crocheting. Sewing and quilting, especially have become one of my favorite sports" for over 25 years. The beautiful quilt fabrics, and the quilting designs available today are like my “candy.”

In 2008, I upgraded my quilting business to include a state-of-the-art long arm quilting machine. With the Gammill Statler Stitcher quilting system, I am able to produce any size quilt and provide professional quilting services in a timely manner in my home. With the Precision Stitch software on the Statler I can place designs perfectly on the quilt. With Autosketch I can also create designs specific to a quilt, while in regulated mode, steer the machine when necessary. With dedication to producing quality quilts and professional quilting services, the birth of "Sand Box Quilting" emerged. It’s like being in my own little "Sand Box" creating beautiful quilts.
